responsibility for your own crap

j crapped in his pants.

I know he did it.

he knows he did it.

he knows that I know that he did it.

And, I know that he knows that I know that he knows that he did it.

waiting for him to take some responsibility…

I feel like this is a metaphor for life. Shouldn’t we all just take responsibility for our own crap?

  1. Its not easy, but we owe it to our children to teach them to be responsible for all of their own actions. No matter how big or how small the action may be. It is one of the most loving things we can do. And if we start early, then the issues of later life become smaller.
