distancing day 20/sip day 8 thoughts:

My update today is late. I hope that you will find it is worth the wait.

I finally got around to putting e’rebody’s e’rethang on their individual calendars. Yikes on bikes. The one thing that was on everyone’s calendar was journaling. I think journaling is SO VALUABLE, which is, obviously, why I force feed you my stream of consciencousness every night. I was trying to think of a way to make journaling directed for the kids a bit because even I struggle with what to write and I have a lot more life experiences to pull from. I saw a COVID-19 Time Capsule floating around, but it seemed to be for smaller kids. My 10 year old might not want to fill in the face with a smile or a frown, but he can tell me “what’s something you learned from a mistake.” That’s when I went digging for pandemic specific journal prompts- suprisingly there aren’t any (or at least there aren’t any I could find). I can’t image that my kids are the only ones being asked to journal right now. In case your kids are too or you just want them to- I made a COVID-19 journal with prompts that you can download. Let me know how you like it!

Happy Journaling.
