My kids came home from blacksmithing school today with prison shanks. Nothing to see here.
Not much else is happening in our little corner of the world. I’m just trying to stay afloat like you do. My friend mailed me an instapot / air fryer cookbook today and I’m very thankful. She knew I was in a cooking rut and needed fast low energy meals, so she sent me a book she loves. It put some pep in my step.
