2020 has been a particularly insane year and you have taken it mostly in stride- which is at least partially attributed to your steep increase in video game time. I cannot tell you how much I have appreciated your smile and positivity in the face of all the changes this year.
Being your teacher has been the absolute best. There. I said it. Watching you learn and absorb new things- the joy on your face- it makes me know why teacher’s teach.
11 is going to be a great year for you! I am so hopeful and happy about the prospect of reintegrating back into regular school and regular life. I know the slower pace of this year has been great for all of us, but you long for the bustle of daily life among friends.
However we proceed, I have no doubt you’ll adapt and flourish. I say it all the time, but I will tell you again today: If I had 100 sons, you’d still be my favorite.
