My jambalaya cooked wonky again tonight. Any remnants of a good day were dashed by my crunchy rice. I’m starting to think it’s because you just cannot cook 2 at the time. I have a solution for this and I guess I’ll see if it works next time. If not, it’s been fun jambalaya but it’s gonna be a no from me.
